A Melbourne woman allegedly "smashed" a police officer's head into the concrete pavement after the constable asked her to wear a face mask.During a press conference on Tuesday, Victoria Police Chief Commissioner Shane Patton said the 38-year-old woman had been charged with nine offences after she allegedly attacked the 26-year-old constable in Frankston near the Bayside Shopping Centre.

An expectant father angered social media after storming out of the unborn baby’s reveal party upon learning the child’s gender. “She’s been grouchy her whole pregnancy so her sister offered to plan her a gender reveal party,” the man began, more or less already on the wrong foot. “The plan was that all the food and decorations would be blue or pink and in the end we’d get one of those special sparklers that would light up in either blue or pink to reveal the gender,” he continued.

A London-based social enterprise championed by the Duchess of Sussex found a special way to celebrate Meghan's birthday on Tuesday. The Luminary Bakery, which was featured in Meghan's guest-edited September issue of British Vogue, shared a previously unseen photo of the Duchess during one of her visits to their Camden store last November.READ: Meghan Markle shares her birthday with this special member of Prince Harry's family In an Instagram post, the Luminary Bakery wrote: "This picture is of Monica meeting Meghan when she came to help us officially open our second bakery in Camden last year. Monica enthusiastically lent her the apron she was wearing, which is true to Monica's generous spirit!" The Duchess looked visibly touched by Monica's gesture.
